Socks for the Win

To keep our floors sparkling, we are a shoe-free zone. Socks are required for both kids and adults (adults can purchase shoe covers). If you forgot your socks, just ask us—we’ve got you covered!

Play with Heart

We use gentle hands, take turns and treat every new friend with kindness. Everyone is welcome here! 

Table Talk

To keep our play zones clean and allergy-safe, all yummy treats and "Happy Sips" must stay at the café tables.

Rest & Recover

If anyone in your crew is feeling under the weather, please stay home and get some rest. We’ll be here with open arms when you’re feeling 100%! 

Respect the Toys

We love our toys! Please keep them in their designated play areas and remember, climbing is for the play structures, not the furniture.

Oopsies Happen

If a toy breaks or a spill occurs, don’t sweat it! Just let a team member know so we can keep the "Happy" going for everyone.
